After spending a few days out west with Kristin, I spent the night in Toronto and flew out to Phoenix to visit Avery in Scottsdale.
Visit my daughter when she is free, mountain bike when she isn’t.
Sadly, I cross threaded my fork a couple years ago and finally there was both a problem with the fork and the hub of the wheel and was unable to use my bike. #sad.

Parts were unavailable and a new fork was ordered. Its going to take some time. Upside I was able to rent a bike; not as nice as mine but at least I got out to ride.
What I hope is becoming a tradition, for the second year in a row, Avery gifted me hockey tickets to see the Arizona Coyotes vs the Montreal Canadiens.
I am a huge fan of Browns Ranch in the NE corner of Scottsdale. It is a wonderful flowy place for rolling, twisty mountain biking. Lots of trails to create lots of variation.
