A client had offered a cottage and we accepted. Our first break since March.
We spent the weekend on the St. Lawrence River with an afternoon trip to reasonably close Perth Ontario
We had dinners a two of our favourite restaurants which are both wonderful. The edge probably to The Ivy due to the location.
But one can not really go wrong at either The Ivy on the Thousand Islands Parkway or Riva in Gananoque.
We also spent a lovely afternoon in Perth, probably an hour north of Kingston. Had actually never been there to walk around.
We did visit the Balderson Cheese factory and picked up some local cheese as well as visiting the Top Shelf distillery. Delicious Gin and Vodka!
